Hi,
I’m Coach Cam, and I’m a fitness professional with 8 years of experience. I’ve developed a program that’s helped thousands of people get in shape, and this is the most effective workout program for people with limited mobility that I came up with so far. It just requires a chair and some good will, 3 days a week!
FOR WHO?
This program is anyone who wants to get in shape fast and with as little time spent on working out as possible. You can do it at the office, home or gym. All it takes is 45 min per week and 2 dumbbells. Got a wedding coming up soon? Beach season? Or just want to kickstart your fitness journey? Then this program is perfect for you.
Results depend on tens of factors including your prior shape, diet, lifestyle, genetics etc. That’s why we can give no guarantees of results. What we can promise is that after 4 weeks you’ll be in much better shape than when you started.
If you are not sure if your medical condition(s) affect your ability to work out, then it’s mandatory to consult with your doctor or other healthcare specialist before starting this program.
