Hi,
I’m Coach Cam, and I’m a fitness professional with 8 years of experience. I’ve developed a program that’s helped thousands of people get in shape, and this is the most effective workout program for people with limited mobility that I came up with so far. It just requires a chair and some good will, 3 days a week!

This program is anyone who wants to gain crazy upper body strength and muscles. You can do it at the park, home or a gym. All it takes is around 1 hour per day, 3 times per week. Tired of boring old gym workouts? Aren’t comfortable going to the gym just yet? Into bodyweight-only exercise? Then this program is perfect for you!

Results depend on tens of factors including your prior shape, diet, lifestyle, genetics etc. That’s why we can give no guarantees of results. What we can promise is that after 4 weeks you’ll be in much better shape than when you started.
